RE: Now I know it's time to short...I heard from a source that the company wanted a lower stock price so they could initiate the pp. If the pp would come out at 25 and the company is trading at 32c the insiders buying would be paying tax plus certainly would not look good for the company selling cheap shares to insiders. Is it time for scotch and stoogies yet...
