Your right about the artificial barriers in the US but what if the target market became non-US once Canadians take over again. Satrbucks is doing quite well in China, let's take on the US on neutral ground where the largest middle class in the world is willing to pay the eqivilent of $7.00 cdn for a Cafe grande frappe whatever. I'm sure once they get a taste of a large double double at $1.40 they'll fall in love. I here the Richmond(Vancouver Sub-urb) Tim's does quite well.
