Yes, I agree very much that the next financials will be critical. Although my message yesteday re the 9 % debentures was negative, I like this company very much. They have excellent properties, long term clients - a large number which are government, and low mortgage rates for good length terms. Their web site is by far the best of any REIT I have see. It details the above information extremely well plus has pictures of all properties including when they were built and dates of any renovations. All of the above, which I believe to be excellent, really makes me wonder why they needed to pay 9 % on the latest private debentures. Regards Alder The rock white rock , would appear to have settled into a wait and see mode of trading. very little volume and price is more or sell flat at $3.40.IMHO people are now wating to see what the financials prove out for White rock. Good results, will have a great improvement in price. bad of coures will move the price the other way. So fo now it is wait-and-see. From what I see ( IMHO) they have done alot of good things at the right time, and I am expecting good results.
