I read the article and was interested, having owned Wolfden in the past. Unfortunately, both SBB and WLF have high artic properties that are very expensive to develop and the process is excrutiatingly slow. Personally, if I were to buy, I would wait for the summer when everything is cheaper, August sounds nice.
