Labrador Uranium exploration

Labrador Uranium explorationThe brief article below was taken from Saturday's issue of the Telegram.Crosshair is looking to expand its uranium exploration program significantly in the weeks and months ahead. It looks as if Labrador will be one busy place this season for uranium drilling...Santoy, Crosshair, Aurora, Bayswater etc. I see an area play shaping up nicely....it is well known that the CMB is host to tremendous uranium potential(deposits already discovered there.) More Drilling by Mining Company April 2, 2006 A Vancouver mining company likes its Uranium property in Labrador so much that it is expanding its exploration program substantially this year. Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corporation from Vancouver has already spent several million dollars on its uranium property at Moran Lake in Labrador. The property is located about 135 kilometres north of Goose Bay. Spokesperson Tim Froude says phase one of the current program called for Crosshair to drill 2-thousand meters, however, that work has now been increased to 3-thousand meters. The company has raised over 11-million dollars for its uranium and gold properties in this province. Meanwhile International Uranium Corporation, and its partner, Consolidated Abaddon, will start drilling this spring on its uranium property northwest of Churchill Falls.
