New Shares

New SharesStelco issued a news release yesterday outlining its new capital structure, the creation of a stock option plan etc. It can be found on the TSX Web site and, probably, on Stelco's site. As I read it it seems to be saying that the company issued shares to the new shareholders and to Mr. Mott for about $5.27 to $5.50 and it has also given him an option on over a million shares at $5.50. Then the stock opened at $15 this morning?? Someone please read the relevant information from the company and point out to me where I am going wrong here. There appears to be something wrong with this picture.......
