Thank you Rich the shorters just don't get it. during the morning Rush there are some Tim's that defy every bit bof logic you guys throw out. Let me break it down: a) You order your coffee at one of three tills or the drive thru b) Drive thrus serve multiple customers c) Those not at the drive thru then move on to the "pick - up" counter d) 10 employees can rattle through 2000 customers no problem that's 1 customer every nine seconds - a large double double please.
