Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

who is selling SGF today?

DB is in a very desirable position, they know the current results from the Star pipe, and they know the star west results and all the results from the FALC JV exploration. They are stalling for a reason but if they or an associate make an offer for SGF won't they have to release all available data? It would be highly unfair if they were allowed to proceed with an offer before revealing their results from JV lands. Could SGF and partners go to court to get those results?
