this is directed to hatimz whoever you may be, and i unlike "Mardy" actually am a shareholder of record of Wi-lan (and i must say i find it pathetic that you post to "Mardy" who has claimed not to own any share of WIN (and if you are Hatim, hopefully you see why any real investor of WIN finds that troubling, but that is for another day).

IMO a strategic error of such proportion that you should self-censure yourself from ever being a CEO again of a public company. that tragic decision reflects incompetence on a very substantial scale. and in fact your whole pathetic tenure as CEO of Wi-lin was one goofy strategic error after another. please don't forget that.
unfortunately it seems that your are an egotistical neophyte with no sense of self-proportion. you may be a smart guy and inventor but you are no seasoned, hard-nosed successful CEO (what company have you ever made a success??)
you were given resources, assets, time and patience of owners. you tried, you failed miserably (and destroyed incredible and unforgiveable amounts of shareholder wealth) you should move on and hopefully get over it.
you are a sad, sad person.
