Aurania Resources Ltd V.ARU

Alternate Symbol(s):  AUIAF | V.ARU.WT.B | AUIWF

Aurania Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and exploration of mineral property interests, with a focus on precious metals and copper in South America. Its flagship asset, The Lost Cities - Cutucu Project, is located in the Jurassic Metallogenic Belt in the eastern foothills of the Andes Mountain range of southeastern Ecuador. It holds 100% of the Lost Cities - Cutucu project that covers approximately 208,000 hectares (ha) in southeastern Ecuador. It has also applied for mineral concessions in adjacent northern Peru, and for an exploration license in the Brittany Peninsula of northwestern France. Epithermal targets for Gold-Silver include Kuri-Yawi, Tatasham and Kuripan. Intrusive-related copper targets include Tatasham and Awacha. It has discovered a 15-kilometer-long trend in which silver-zinc-lead-barium occurs in the Shimpia target area, which is enclosed by the various Tiria epithermal gold-silver targets.

CCI's Daily Letter text ,etcHere Grocery Boy- You can go to CCI and look up for yourself. ( although I do agree that posters should cut and paste or link if they are bothering to look up ) G Currie is always late to the party for any big gain . He's an after-the-fact analyst not a jr " structure " man. You trade his recommendations eg VIA , WLF , SLG etc I sold all my ARU. ( see earlier post) Might buy back after it gives a base in a week or two (under 2.45?) if I decide to trade it. I like the company and officers and potential but is overvalued . Other juniors with more holes completed are better value. ARU needs to drill many more holes on FDN. I expect price will swing back and forth. Looking for the next 50 center Find the new jrs that have potential and backers. Then you can change your name to GourmetBoy Regards U For a more complete version that includes tables and graphs please visit our web site at https://www.canaccord.com/sso In today's Daily Letter... INITIATING COVERAGE Aurelian Resources (ARU : TSX-V : $3.03) - Speculative Buy - Target: $5.40 Graeme Currie Comment: Initiating coverage on Aurelian Resources Aurelian Resources is a Toronto-based junior under the stewardship of Patrick Anderson and is focused on developing the Condor Project in southeastern Ecuador. The Condor project is 100% held subject to a 2% NSR and the first concessions were granted in 2001. The massive property holdings now cover a region over 70 kilometres in length and almost surround, at the northern end of the concessions, the Mirador property and copper deposits held by Corriente Resources (CTQ : TSX). In 2002 Aurelian initiated a program of regional sampling and mapping along with staking which identified seven gold prospects. The company became a publicly listed corporation in mid-2003. The company has over the past several years focused its efforts on systematically evaluating gold targets and includes, since June 2003, the complaetion over 16,000 metres of drilling on five targets along with 8,900 metres of trenching, 200 line km. of mag surveys and 39 km. of IP (Resistivity and Chargeability). The company has made a number of discoveries within the Condor property including Aguas Mesas (low tonnage potential) and Bonza where a resource of 15.0 million tonnes at 1.07 g/t Au and 11.6 g/t Ag has been defined. Yesterday, the company announced another new epithermal gold discovery on a target referred to as FDN which is located approximately 1.0 kilometre north of the Bonza zone and lies within a trend that based on mapping is hypothesised to be part of a 3 kilometres long system that includes Bonza and FDN. After drilling two shallow holes which identified a buried quartz sinter that was interpreted to be marking the top of a buried epithermal target, hole CP-06-51 was then drilled to a depth of over 300 metres and returned 237 metres at 4.1 g/t Au plus 8.5 g/t Ag beginning at about 200 metres vertical. We initiate coverage of Aurelian Resources with a SPECULATIVE BUY recommendation and an initial target price of $5.40/share. We note given the early grassroots stage of exploration the shares of this junior are for risk accounts only. (next picks not included) - U
