I am a little confusedtechaser....were you not told by the company as your post below that production was 600-700 boe/d months ago.If so i don't understand the paragraphs below from todays release.
I would like to know what is our daily production NOW....
In the Fall of 2006, plans call for two shallow gas drilling programs yielding up to 12 locations on 100% Desmarais lands. By the Fourth Quarter 2006, these shallow gas programs combined are expected to add 150 to 200 BOE per day of long reserve life natural gas production.
The target exit rate for 2006 is between 700 and 900 BOE per day while remaining over 90% weighted towards natural gas in our production.

Instead of guessing I suggest you call management. They are not concerned at all with the lawsuit. As far as production is concerned there has been a steady increase from 300 BOPD to 600-700 BOPD now. That is great growth.
DES is down because natural gas has dropped from 15 to 8 lately and there is no institutional coverage. Only 11 million shares outstanding is also why there is no major volume. Someone at TD and Blackmont have been cleaning up shares for the last few months , so when this goes it will move up to 1.80-2.00 very quickly.
