THE FUNDAMENTALS OF PLE (PLEXMAR)So what potential does Plexmar have:
Over the past seven months, Plexmar Resources Inc. has acquired either by staking or by way of option agreements, all the land position required to start an aggressive exploration campaign.
In order to minimize the competition from local prospectors and local companies, the company had to keep a low profile during that period as its team of geologists focused on sampling and understanding the geology of this new gold mining camp.
At the same time, the company established excellent working relationships with the local communities and authorities.
Already hundreds of artisanal miners are digging trenches in a total random fashion and extracting material grading between 1.5 ounces to over 10 ounces of gold per tonne in some areas (see news as reported in Stockwatch April 20, 2005)
Plexmar geologists believe that the Bolsa del Diablo and the surrounding areas have the potential to become a new gold mining camp.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
• Area has never been drilled or seen modern exploration techniques
• Gold found in this new area since August 2004
• Artisan miners are extracting bonanza grade gold ore from surface trenches.
• Evidence of a large-scale epithermal system
• An alteration system of significant size, minimum of six square km, has been identified within the property
•
Recent sampling on the Bolsa del Diablo property returned gold values of up to 304 g/t Au in a 2m vein channel sample and up to 23.2 g/t Au in altered volcanic rocks.
• Located in (elephant‚ country)
•
Land position covers 211 km2 or 21,134 hectares

VOLCANIC ROCKS
20 samples of highly silicified stockwork and argillically altered with limonite volcanic rock showing silica and disseminated sulphides were taken. Values range from background to 23.5 g/t Au (in silicified stockwork) with an average of 2.23 g/t Au. Theses samples were taken within an area covering 5 Km x 2 Km.
Geologists believe they have defined an area of highly silicified stockwork volcanics, possibly indicating a silica cap measuring 0.5 km x 0.6 km located in the Northeast corner of the Angolos concession. Samples were taken and results are pending.
These results show that gold occurs in three types of emplacement mechanism within the inferred structural corridor. The relationship between these types of mineralization and spatial occurrences have not yet been defined.
However, they indicate the potential for a large mineralizing event that could lead to the discovery of a large tonnage low grade deposit.
Peru currently has extensive reserves of copper, zinc, gold and silver. In 2001, Peru ranked eighth in the world in the production of gold, second for silver, fifth for copper, and third for zinc and tin. Between 2000 and 2002, Peru's copper output increased by over thirty percent primarily due to the start-up of the Antamina mine. In 2001, Peru's output of gold was approximately 138 tons, primarily from the Yanacocha and Pierina mines.

NR Pending......Exploration work will now focus on the highly altered volcanic rocks recognized within an area measuring 6km x 2km. Systematic sampling, mapping and trenching will be carried out.
Results from 120 samples, mostly taken from volcanic rocks, are pending and will be released as soon as available. Detailed maps are being prepared and will be posted on the Company's website after data compilation and interpretation.
