I attribute the slow reaction to it being the day before the long weekend. The markets are pretty muted today. We have been in a holding pattern here while the rest of my oil sands plays have done very well. But patience often has its rewards; this NR is great news actually and after a bunch of disappointments, a very pleasant surprise!
