RE: I follow the company

RE: I follow the companyYeah - waiting for something real can be a drag. But I know this kind of stuff takes time for a start up. Problem is that they don't sell cell phones or Blackberries to people like you and me, they sell to corporations/institutions. That client decision-making takes time, usually preceded by pilot projects, and always must be part of client budget cycles. I follow this little company because they are in a niche market for what is obviously a forecasted increasing market over the next 15-20 years. Share price sucks, capital structure post financing isn't attractive, that I grant you. But with Discovery willing to inject some more cash, their commercialization roll out would seem to be on good footings - at least for now. They are hiring client trainer, sales, and installation staff (not too many, just enough to manage a foreseen near term growth, I suppose). A bit of company promotion and a few good sales contract of sufficient magnitude could bring the share price to the teens and 20's easily. Any more traction late this year and this stock could become visible to broad retail investors, and even more importantly, with continued traction, to have the company become a take-over candidate by a big health care provider. Once firmly on the adoption curve and revenues coming, this company could easily fetch 80M$ CDN on a take -over bid by a US based firm. That's almost $1/share at post financing cap structure. Would be nice... Of course these are just speculative thoughts...but eh...most TSX-v stocks are speculative! Good luck to the obvious only few that follow this one.
