RE: I THINK SCS WILL TRADE AGAIN, THEY JUST

RE: I THINK SCS WILL TRADE AGAIN, THEY JUSTMost directors not informed most of the time as to what is going on. There are no board meetings / Board decisions Office run by Pat, and Frank chips in 3 hours a week,. They have sold stock to pay auditors If they don't pay auditors they risk being reported for insider trading. Despite this I suspect they are trying to use the halt to put pressure on remaining shareholders to back them and giving them more money. They may well be coming up with new schemes to make money to keep people interested in SCS, but their track record of delivering on any of these is is about 10/1 against. Tax loss Sale, Buying greek compnay, HK deal etc. Most fail becuase a) compnaies financial are terrible, b) Frank isn't a good businessman, c) company has no money to operate. I think we have a stand off. Who blinks first, Frank or the shareholders. Meanwhile what is left of the compnay continues to go to the dogs. Chances intervention being able to save this compnay will vanish to zero in a very small number of weeks, perhaps a month. Frank will contine to do his 3 hours a week. I understand he is ill, I don't understand why then he keeps the role of CEO given the dire circumstances the compnay is in, unless it is to put it into liquidation. The compnay is unlikely to trade again and will never make a profit if he stays imo.
