From the March 21st article.

From the March 21st article.A number of small providers in Canada operate their own fleet management services, including Toronto-based Grey Island Systems Inc. and AirIQ Inc. of Pickering. Sources say both companies have likely bid on the Rogers business. Grey Island already has a relationship with Rogers. Last month it announced it will use Rogers's network to supply its fleet management service to 13 Ontario municipalities, which can use the technology to track everything from local buses to garbage trucks to snowploughs. AirIQ has become popular with trucking and car rental companies in Canada and the United States. The company also operates a consumer version of its service, called MobileIQ. Rogers spokesperson Taanta Gupta confirmed yesterday the company is evaluating bids. Asked whether a consumer service might follow, Gupta left the door open.
