Earlier news release stated that this was going public on the Venture Exchange on April 10th. Didn't happen, as far as I can see....anybody have any word on this??....maybe I'll call the company on Monday and see if they can shed some light...the cash from this spinoff is supposed to raise their regulatory capital and enable them to lend out more....also, an update on their projected earnings, upwards, is also supposed to come out thereafter....tomorrow's the 17th....let's hope that this happens sooner, rather than later... this baby has to move soon...the boredom is killing me....
