RE: amateurs Gee I sure hope the "54 placees " aren't thinking the same thing about getting out or there's going to be a lot of bodies trying to squeeze thru the door at once. I'm sure the management has a plan in case some(or all) of the 54 placees were in for a quick flip. Don't see any followup buying from any of those houses.
