RE: Parallels to diamondfileds?

RE: Parallels to diamondfileds?I was in DiamondFields during that time. Really, it is why I am here in IVN. It is a very similar feel, except Canada vs. Mongolia is no comparison. The native tribes then were stirring up some but it didn't get ugly until INCO bought out and tried to move the development along. DiamondFields didn't do as much on the ground development in Voisey Bay as IVN has done in Oyu Tolgoi. But it was PR after PR deatailing more reserves and more and more..... The big difference is the political situation in M. M is much more stable than Venezuela, Zimbabwe, etc., but much less so than Canada. Before the bidding war, DiamondFields did a stock split, then didn't take a breather and continued the climb like you mentioned. It was darn exciting...... My recollections is all.....
