A Question of Honesty

A Question of HonestyThis is an excerpt from an interview that Henry Jung did with Stockhouse in April this year: StockHouse: Who are your major shareholders? Henry Jung: I don't think there's any major shareholder. The company currently has, a recent financing we did, just under 20 million shares issued and it's pretty widely dispersed. I know there are shareholders out there that have 200,000-300,000 shares. I don't think there is anyone who owns more than 5 or 10% of the company. StockHouse: What is your percentage? Henry Jung: Less than 5% Right now, my faith in Henry Jung relies entirely upon whether he is an honest person. If it is found that he owns more than 1 million shares (5% of 20,000,000 shares) then he is a liar. No symantic rationalizations will be acceptable to me (i.e. "well, I don't own the shares directly, my wholly owned corporation owns those shares.") If Henry is found to be a liar, I propose impeachment, Bill Clinton style...."I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinsky."
