Recent stock price

Can anyone possibly explain why PBG is trading at this price. In the past 2 weekd the price of oil has risen over $10 a barrel,PBG has anounced ~2000 more boe production from Columbia, and we are probably 8 to 10 weeks from finding out if THAI works. The current price makes no sense to me. Does anyone have some answers. Thanks
