Paperwork to me implies that it is being held up by lawyers or bureaucrats. I would have liked to know which states in particular they have done paperwork on, and what the exact status of each is. The information I heard was too ambiguous to mean anything at all. This must be the financing crunch taking its toll on the share price. If .50 doesn't hold on a closing basis then there is legitimate cause for concern. Otherwise no reason to get flustered here ... if you're not overweight, and if you don't need the money in this one elsewhere for a few more months (years?). Hope nobody is caught in that kind of predicament. I'm close enough. Geeze this reminds me of some of the small canadian precious metals explorers the way price behaves into a financing arrangement. Funny thing is that if management was more effective at promoting the company, there wouldn't nearly be this predicament. The story can almost sell itself, you'd think.
