Is this overraction???

Is this overraction???considering that Mr Lairds departure has knocked of somewhere around $300 mil of the stock that is significant. Would it not be better to have left him on the Board and just added Dr Szobo. The logic elutes me? Current information has not changed and by having a Local person who is experience on the board only makes sense, is Mr lairds departure overdone and FO is again a buying opportunity that these prices and information?
