RE: Why delay annual meeting to June 29?.....Algoma is priced right. You're right about that! Trading at closer to 5x pe as cpmpared to US Steel, Gerdeau and others currently trading at 10x. With Algoma sitting on a pile of cash, debt free, and having cleaned out the closet in 2 previous bankrupcies, it's a bargoon!
