The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas assets, with the portfolio focused in Australia, South Africa and Hungary. Its principal interest is located in two underexplored basins in Australia and South Africa, with further interest in Hungary, covering over 12.3 million gross acres. Its Beetaloo Sub-basin project is located in the Northern Territory, over 600 kilometers south of Darwin. The Company holds a Technical Cooperation Permit, covering an area of over 30,327 square kilometers in the southwest Karoo Basin, South Africa. The Karoo Basin contains thick, organic rich shales, such as the permain whitehill formation representing the focus of shale gas permit applications. Its Mako Production License (Mako Trough) is a sedimentary basin located in south-eastern Hungary in the mature Pannonian basin. Mako Trough includes two plays: Mako Shallow Play and Mako Deep Play.

Well, after enduring yesterday's mid-day disaster, we can surely stomach anything. Expect the best and worst now - we could test $3.80 again tomorrow. Anything is possible. Let the sellers run away. FO wants to run, there is no question of the buying interest. I think we all expected it to launch into orbit this morning, but we now know to expect the unexpected.
