Primary Symbol: PVI

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Bloomberg U. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in variable rate demand obligation bonds that are exempt from federal income tax with interest rates that reset weekly, which comprise the underlying index, which is comprised of municipal securities issued in the primary market as VRDOs.

RE: Paradym four-million-FT-share private placemeto me it (.10 with a .14 warrant) doesn't show much confidence and upside. I'm boggled how the Chewster can sell shares at .145 and convice 74 stakeholders to buy into this PP. If these people are putting high risk money, wouldn't you think they'd (and all us other dumb smuck shareholders) want a bigger return than what Chewbucker is spinning off. Me too confused.... One day this thing makes me believe there's a real company and hope, and the the next I'm buying into the P&Dump posters. I'm pleased I don't have too much of this and will still hold out for the double... or until tax selling season. BS
