Special Meeting of ShareholdersJust received the Notice of special meeting of shareholders and, since I have not followed CJC for a while, was surprised to read that they intended to wind-up CJC, pass on their business to a newly-formed company CJC Biotech and create a new oil & gas company as a subsidiary which, I assume, thay plan to use as a source of financing their R&D.
What do you make of all that? Is it good, bad or of no tinterest to us as sharholders? Looks interesting on paper (since this creates no dilution and shareholders would receive stock from the O&G company as part of the process), but reality may not prove as interesting to shareholders.
Any comments?
