Tusk Announces AOF of 7,809 bopd, is FE

Tusk Announces AOF of 7,809 bopd, is FE IS FE part of this find? Tusk Announces AOF of 7,809 bopd 5/2/2006 CALGARY, ALBERTA, May 2, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) -- NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO NEWSWIRE SERVICES IN THE UNITED STATES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES. ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RESTRICTION MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF U.S. SECURITIES LAW. TUSK Energy Corporation (TSX:TSK) ("TUSK") announces that a third-party evaluation of test data from its most recent Keg River light oil (46 degrees API) discovery in the Mega-Venus area indicated an absolute open hole flow rate ("AOF") of 7,809 barrels of oil per day. During the test of the Gutah 6-17-100-6 W6M well, no water was produced and the producing gas-oil ratio ("GOR") was 90 m3/m3. Drawdown prior to shut-in was 2.8%. TUSK does not suggest that the Gutah well will be produced at the AOF rate. However, the analysis shows that the reservoir is of high quality and that it has substantially more producing capability than the 1,260 bopd indicated by our news release of March 30, 2006. Once a water-flood is installed and Good Production Practise status ("GPP") is achieved, the Gutah 6-17 and other wells drilled in the Gutah Field can be produced at appropriate rates. The Gutah light oil pool discovery was drilled and cased to a total depth of 2,425 metres prior to completion in the Keg River zone. TUSK has a 25% interest in the well and a 50%-100% interest in 6 adjacent prospective sections on which a 3D seismic survey was shot in February-March of this year. Interpretation of the 3D survey indicates multiple potential locations on the adjacent TUSK lands. The Gutah discovery well is located approximately 4 miles to the south of the Mega Keg River light oil pool (52 degrees API) discovered by TUSK in 2004. Work on a modular battery facility to handle light oil production from the Mega and Gutah areas is progressing well and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of the calendar year.
