VIRGIN WATERS??

VIRGIN WATERS??I am thinking of buying some stock for the long haul 2+ years. I would like a little more info though. Has this area ever been mined before?? Are these "virgin" waters? I see other posts about a PP-has this been approved yet?? Any info would be great! (good or bad)
