DEL NORTE

DEL NORTE "Mudstones" is the key word here. True Riches were found in the mudstones at ESKAY CK. Drilling the property as soon as weather permits, maybe another eskay creek? thats my guess, what do you think? below is part of the news release, on the web site. After the end of the 2005 drilling program, an intense, broad EM conductor was detected just east and parallel to the LG vein exposure, situated within laminated mudstones. The setting is prospective for exhalative Eskay Creek-style mineralization in the wall of the main vein system. The last point is particularly noteworthy. At Eskay Creek, exploration over a span of over sixty years beginning in the early 1930's was primarily directed at quartz vein mineralization. These early operators repeatedly overlooked the true riches which lay nearby in a very non-descript rock unit termed known as "mudstones". Geologist Ron Netolitzky, one of the experts credited with the Eskay discovery, is quoted as saying "They were so close they could have tasted it". Cheer$$ cofro
