RE: My perspective

RE: My perspective"To all you cry-babies: How much money has Mr. Anmgus put into to Thermal this past year? $125,000 How much money has he pulled out of Thermal? $55,000 Therefore net $70,000 still in the company." for how long? willl he sell more? we don't know that do we? Thanks Jim, that's only $16,000 sold. Net $109,000 still in the company. Spinner: will he sell more, I guess you'll have to wait everyday to see if he sold, and then wait again, and then wait again. He still has $109,000 in the Company, what does that say about his belief in the potential of the company. And by the way, he could have sold in the mid .20, but he didn't. "The proof is in the pudding. And I'm sure that he's taken a pay-cut to come work at TMG and save our a$$es in this investment." The proof will be in the pudding when the orders are in, the meager sales to date do not demonstrate that the market is willing to invest in that technology Go read the NR's, one engineering study, an order for steam traps... more to come. "So all of you guys complaining about losing money on your max $20,000 investment in TMG, sell your shares on Monday. " HOw would you know how anyone is invested here, why are you derogating shareholders that put their hard earn money here? There is no need to advise to sell on Monday Tim as already made that statement by selling. I apologize. I'm sorry that you see Tim's selling as a statement. What about still having over 100K in this company, I guess that's not making a statement. "And by the way, what deadline was on May 1st at midnight? I'll let you guys figure that one out." Income tax, but who cares why he is selling. What is important is that he is" Right answer spinner, one happy face sticker for you. That could be the reason he's selling. If he was selling because the ship was sinking, then I'd be worried. If I see consistent selling, I'll be worried. $16K worth of selling is not a sign that we're on the Titanic. "Let's talk about the PP. I'm quite sure that most of the selling during the past 3 weeks was a result of people flipping into the PP. What was good to see is that there were people willing to soak up those shares. " That is evident but it is not a very good sign when the company can not get new blood to invest but needs to go back to shareholders that in turns flip shares because they are not willing to get in deeper. I guess you see the glass half empty. Non-brokered private placements are a cheaper way to get money (no commission to pay, no broker warrants to issue). As long as the market is willing to absorb the shares, I don't have an issue with shareholders flipping. It creates a new base. And I'm sure that the company was able to get alot of new money as well. Yes there were poeple to soak them but is that good for the guys that are losing 33% or more of their investment because they bought close to .30 and not loaded at .05. they won't be able to turn a profit if this thing never goes back up A good placement would have been one done close to the 52 weeks high not through a fire sale that dropped the share by 33% Due to past contract overruns, the Company was in a thight cash position (just look at the 3rd quarter financials). I'm sure that this money gave them the cushion until the contracts come down. In a perfect world, they would have done the PP at .75, or let's make it a $1. But the reality is that the price was around .20 when the PP price was reserved. The warrants are at .30 for a year. I would assume that the price would be over .30 by that time and those that bought at .30 will be in a profit situation. By the way, my biggest cash investment was at .30. "And by the way, the Company did raise $735,000 without broker assistance. Some companies like to reserve a little more in case a big player wants to take a position (not that you guys fit into this category)." Again judging people you have no idea who they are. So are you one of them big guy? when are you going to throw a million at them single handedly? Once again I apologize. I'm one of those big guys, I'm 210lbs of muscle. "By the way Finegan, thanks for pointing out the insider sales. We are truly thankful for your contribution. Your investment is way better off today than it was yesterday." Yes Finegan thank you, the only way to profit in the market is to be informed, although some like to prey on others and make sure the thruth does not make it to the surface, at least not for all There was no hidding the truth, this information has been public for some time now. Is it your turn to judge people? I'm not here to prey on people, I've put my money where my mouth is. "As for the company, all the pieces are in place to turn this thing around. All we need is patience." where did I hear this before???? here is my perspective "big guy", insiders buying is good. insider selling is bad. PERIOD I guess you don't care what the reasons are. I guess you don't want to make educated decisions. In june / July 05 Tim bought 22,000 shares as high as .28 Why was he a buyer then but now he sells 3 times as many at 2/3 the price?. This has already been explained.
