A Slightly Different Slant on Outcome

A Slightly Different Slant on OutcomeHey Mates, A partnership with DB seems the obvious direction. However I would not discount involvement by a third party, possibly ABZ, BHP or a Tiffanys. And I think TIGs would welcome if not encourage another suitor to enter the game. And should the third party win the lottery, and DB attempt to enforce its right to exclusive marketing (as was suggested a short time ago by another poster), any of the big players would have the financial (and legal) muscle to terminate such a clause. Finally, as far as what would accrue to those of us who are long MPV? Assuming the independent eval. bears out existing data, and prior to further exploratory work ... $10 - $15. But if the next round of drilling comes before the takeout, and initial results up the indicated, then all bets are off, and we could see a figure north of $20 in short order. You can bet though that DB in the interim will try and keep the share price as low as possible, with all 'legal' means at their disposal, hoping to scoop as much shakeout as becomes available at today's prices. However we're in in a pretty good position. Whatever transpires requires that DB play by Candian rules, not those of SA or Botswana. Cheers, Brit
