Decreasing

Svm's short positions are decreasing from SVM 732,014 to 312,114 a difference of -312,114 from 2006.04.13 to 2006.04.28 soon svm will have very few short position and the stock will have a big upside moves once it breaks the 52 weeks high of $20.95 good luck to all longs.
