Market Reaction ?This merger looks good on the surface, but is there something I'm missing ? Not familiar with the trading patterns of this stock, but market reaction doesn't seem to be supporting what appears to be a positive NR.
Could anyone with a better insight shed some light on possible reasons for the less than positive market reaction and/or possible negative impact of this merger.
