RE: One last comment.....-darbnone of the reasons for consolidation fit this situation. After all they seem to be able to raise as much money as they need through private placements and sales to insiders. If you were them why have institutional investors start to ask pesky questions - best to keep it to themselves (and indirectly to us?)
