Conceivably, OIL could now drill the second less prefered prospect on SLG lands and have costs of dry hole written off against Disreili if write-off is block wide. In the end - when OIL moves on to Norway, Lord Brown (almost wrote Black) may have to adjust policy because it is anti- "lets-take-a-chance" in a very expensive environment.
