There hasn't been anything said about shutting production down for reentry or rework but apparently something's up. PERMIT TO DRILL, DEEPEN, PLUG BACK, OR RE-ENTER ON A REGULAR OR ADMINISTRATIVE EXCEPTION LOCATION
