Hey numnuts, I'm into this under 20 grand. I'm not that stupid stupid to put over $300,000 into any stock. I don't like to lose a nickle on anything but for tax purposes I need to write this one off. A lawsuit HUH? What a joke! I could see the judge now. "So Mr. numnuts You have decided to mortgage your house on a penny stock to the tune of $380,000 on a diamond play in China??? HAHAHAHEHEHE ROTFLHAO? I want to be there just to see how hard he laughs. So anyways numnuts lets get back to the Enron trial. Those two guys are out on bail for the next 3 years thats after ripping off investors for billions and billions. And thats on the biggest stock exchanges in the world. It's really sad but??? This class action lawsuit would have to involve chinese law which even the chinese don't understand. The lawsuit would cost more than the companies assets. Although no one approves Sam's antics at this point it's hard to pinpoint if he did anything illegal? He's still there on Minty's team is he not? Go team!
