Wouldn't it be more important to verify that the Altair process really does produce results? eg. a pilot plant? Titan already has enough ore for a mine. Once they verify the process, they can spin Titan off (hopefully) or sell it (at a fraction of the value) or hire some people to develop it. While they are doing the design engineering and feasibility, they can do more drilling then for future ore.
