RE: Gussella's Recent StatementThere is another factor in this discussion of debt vs equity. Given the fact that the share price continues to be artifificially depressed, relative to its peers and asset position, equity financing would be happening at a substantial discount. That could result in some very expensive dilution over the long haul. Obviously both avenues have their positives and negatives, but assuming that the debt can be placed with favorable terms, and given the earning potential of the known assets, I wouldn't be so quick to reject borrowing versus giving up the shares on the cheap.
