The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

Or how about this idea to be fair to the true shareowners.. The ones who actually give up hard earned cash so these clowns can operate... Thats 20million shares.. Sankar and Jabobs gave themselves the rest... So we take the cash 11mill.. Sell all assets plant computers etc... I'll bet with the high price of real estate that could get us another 30mill... So all real share owners get $2.00....... Then they can take there intellectual property private..... The two them have a nice income from the odd NASA and millitary deal.. And they can go to universities and sell PC tablets... That way most of us are happy and they can end the misery FAIR and equably... Day dreaming, beer drinking Kanuck
