RE: NAG Acquires 100% Control Over Louise Lake Yes, it does look like the % interest was changed from the original posting of the article from 75% to 100%. Perhaps someone at NAG (or some investors) contacted RI and told them to correct the inaccuracy. However, this does still not change the fact that the article was poorly written and researched, and painted NAG in a negative and inaccurate light. I think you should all write to RI and suggest that they withdraw the article from their website pointing to inaccuracies in the article.
Furthermore, with respect to the 'positivity' of the news releases, I don't think that the company can write 'positive' news releases (ie. they can't focus solely on positive information if the information contains both positive and negative information; their NRs must be fair and accurate, not positively-slanted). That being said, from time to time the company does seem to neglect to include pieces of 'key' information from their NRs (such as the 100% bit in this most recent NR). So, the conclusion that I think we can all draw from this is that we, as shareholders, are not satisfied with the way that the board and management are handling our investment.
Therefore, since I'm sure this board controls quite a bit of the company, use your votes to express your discontent.
