RE: Management about to grant

RE: Management about to grant This is a possibility. Options are usually granted at the time of the AGM aren't they? $3.50 is possible but will require some drilling successes. The posted NAV of $2.65 to $3.00 is calculated using higher than current natural gas prices so we need a lift there. We also need to reverse the recent production and reserve declines. On the plus side they have lots of land and lots of exploratory drill targets. I believe they are focusing on the Earring and Kiskatinaw plays for now. Drilling will not really ramp up as long as service costs are so high and the pipelines so filled with product. If Earring has a stabilized flow rate of 8,000,000 cf/d then there is excellent potential for additional discovery here.
