RE: What's going on?Volume is steady and bid/ask is close, perhaps CNQ has realized they maybe missing out on a bargain. Second bidder is in the works. Shell has the right of first refusal so whoever it is going to put up a serious bid perhaps $30/share. Anyone selling @ $24 is crazy, fly BVI fly.
