I could not have said it better myself - I also agree trucking more oil is not bullish, if there are no sales because you increase expense without off setting revenues - the time delays are unbelievable - I have been in this stocks since the days when plans were to have the pipeline operational by this month (Yes, it was quite awhile ago). The Yemeni government has CVI.a and EDDY by the balls, because CVI.a is a one trick pony. NEXEN can just say fine we will divert our capital to other projects far from Yemen.
