RE: Lacroix sharesYAK, do you think the share price will be higher after we have more results?
=====================================================================
Well, it all depends on the results.
Good results, the stock goes up.
Bad results. it goes down.
That's pretty basic.
=====================================================================
If Lacroix went bankrupt when Dor was at .35, do you think the trustee would have been doing his job completing the transaction at that price without waiting for more information?
=====================================================================
I say yes. His mandate is to liquidate and not speculate.
As much as management would like this block to move, they're not in the drivers' seat in more than one way.
#1 They don't own these shares, the trustee does.
#2 This whole situation is a big distraction for them.
#3 Market sentiment as shifted for the worst.
#4 They can not divulge any privileged informations to the trustee nor to the potential buyer(s) without giving these same informations to the public. That would be called insiders trading. That's a nono.
When Lacroix went into bankrupty, the trustee was looking at an asset worth $30MM. The stock then was $1.50.
Now this asset is worth $20MM. And that's not including a discount.
Remember, this a seller looking for a buyer. Not the other way around.
For everybody involved, this could not have happened at a worst of time.
But for the nimble and quick, get into the stock only when this trade is done.
Stay tuned.
