The stock is being "pinned" which is a well-known manipulative activity with gold shares just prior to a financing. They can get away with these tactics because the gold market is so thinly traded compared to other markets. It is quite noticeable to the qualified eye as to what activity is occurring with the stock presently. As soon as the financing is complete - miraculously all of the supply you see between $.64 - $.77 will disappear. Currently the stock price is controlled because of the financing.
