today an 8.4% gainI am not expecting hurricanes to effect this stock, I am expecting the EUB decision and the opening up of the field, and finally production, to have the greatest effect on the price. but if a few hurricanes do persuade the uniformed to buy anyting to do with oil sands, then great.
