RE: Disraeli

RE: DisraeliHellloooo boys and gals! "Is the Disraeli field close to the old Sheryl location?" https://www.og.dti.gov.uk/information/bb_updates/maps/ Disraeli is on 21/23a, a bit too far from 15/25b to be connected. Of course I wish it would be!!! But I think Sheryl still holds someting that could be big. I remember Art mentionned in a previous NR that he would go back to Sheryl. Personally, I wish he will. Just a reminder: --------------------------------------------------------------------- Date : Thursday, February 12, 2004 LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--Oilexco Incorporated ("Oilexco") (TSX-V: OIL; LSE-AIM: OIL) announces the well 15/25b-7 ("Sheryl"), the second well of its UK North Sea drilling program is being prepared for side-tracking operations, which are expected to commence tomorrow. The well will be side-tracked or directionally drilled to a location exhibiting strong AVO response. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Oilexco Monday, February 23, 2004 Oilexco Incorporated reports that the side-track 15/25b-7Z of the well 15/25b-7 ("Sheryl"), the second well of its UK North Sea drilling program, has been abandoned. The well encountered a very porous forties sand with a thin oil column at the top of the sand. The results of the sidetrack suggest that the "Sheryl" structure is separate from the "Brenda" oil accumulation which is at a structurally lower position. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- So, still a speculative play but I'm very curious about this one...
