RE: NewFoundland South Saskatchewan has some really forward companies that have no problem investing in skills training that is industry driven. The employer tailors the training program to meet its needs. This approach is proven to work as the companies that buy into this investment benefit from it. Cameco is the first to come to mind. They have and will again, when required, spend time and money on training people to fill vacant positions and to facilitate labour requirements as growth demands. I suspect Shore will take a similar approach....if not, Newfoundland south fits well too. Saskatchewan needs the increased tax base. All "productive" people are welcome I'm sure.
